On the negative side, we don´t like the high wagering requirement on the welcome bonus. 30x on both the deposit + bonus amount is way too high! 30x or up to 35x on only the bonus amount received would have been acceptable.
It’s also very unusual that the welcome bonus and other bonuses aren’t activated automatically in this day and age. Not great that you manually have to contact support to activate these bonuses. The Live Chat option is fast but this should be made more user friendly for the players.
